   If your students are creating PowerPoint presentations to post in the collaboration zones, images within the presentation will increase the overall document size greatly.

   To reduce the size: Open the document and double click on any image. Click the picture tab. Select compress for web screen. All pictures and documents. Compress pictures. Click OK.

   Then Save your document.

   Voila! You have just reduced your document to an emailable and uploadable size. A trick of the trade that will make your Technical Coordinator so proud...
